What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, address, and — for a company account — a company name. We also store a hashed version of your password; we never store or have access to the password itself.
If you submit a subscription request or a tool recommendation, we collect the name, email, and message you provide in that form. We keep basic records of which calculators your account can access and when your free trial started and ends.
How we use it
We use your account information to run the service: authenticating you, applying the right calculators to your plan, and sending you account-related email — password resets, account setup links, and replies to requests you submit. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Who else sees it
Your data is stored with our database provider and processed by our email provider solely to deliver the emails described above. Site administrators can see your account details and any recommendation or subscription request you submit, in order to manage your account and follow up on your request.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It identifies your session only — we don't use it for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't currently use any third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. To have your account and associated data deleted, contact us using the details below.
